Ad service and lack of help from the company

I am using this loop network from past two yrs... and now as i find this service really bad iasked them for portability .. so they telling me that my sim no. cannot be portable coz i m using a lifetime validity card and it has a dus ka gang scheme on it... if i hav to make it portable i will hav to wait for around 3 to 4 months and i cant wait till that time... and the reason i wanted to port coz their customer care service is really bad .. they once gave me a wrong information and charged me rs 70.. n i cant use that scheme .. and den wen i asked for cancellation the same day and refund of the mnoney .. they dint ..and this was all by their inconvenience, and i ahv this internet scheme on my cell... this charges me around rs100 per month n deir service is really bad.. i had this internet not working for around 2 to 3 weeks... and wen i did complain dey are not alloiwing me to extend that plan.. as my whole money of the scheme is wasted .. and now they again send me a msg that i hav to renew my internet plan tomorrow.. n now i want u people to pls help me out .. as i want my same cell no.. i cant takle a new sim.. coz at many places i hav used this no. so pls do help... i m lookin forward to ur action...
