No proper service provided by the Loop

Hi

This is regarding worst service provide my the loop company. I have logged several complaint regarding network issue at Aroli mind space building no 14, 5th floor. But they are taking the request but not providing any feedback for the same. This issues is pending since last 1 and half year.

Kindly look into the matter.
