Inter connection deactivated without prior intimation

Dear sir my phone no is 8082000203 my inter net conection is disconnected all of a sudden since last one weak i am regularly going to the gallery n is told it will be done within half an hour but that half hour is not yet over i have given complaint on 800 n 198 as well but no response they just send me the docket no. n keep on saying asvidha ke liye khed hai if they are really sorry then why my work is not i did not expect this type of service from loop i am an old lady of 70 yr old staying all alone u can very well understand what must be my situation will any thing work or not please let me me know or this complaint will also go in the waste paper basket as the others some one told u listen n take action against it hope it is true i will be glad if u solve my problem at ur earliest n send me a message thanking u urs faithfully badrunissa haji oomer allana
