Without using service on charging me

I am customer of loop mobile my mobile no 9870092616.

Sub: Charging for his value added service like video download but I am not using this kind of service, when I call to loop mobile customer care they tell me we are not keeping the details of internet use.

They we are not keeping the details of wap uses. How its possible if I am using any of services offers by company they should the details of all.
