Loop Mobile and Vodafone
Mobile Number Portability (MNP)

Applied for Port Out from Loop Mobile vide UPC no. LM 493218 two weeks ago. First Loop rejected it for some trivial reason and made me fill up another form at Vodafone for PORT IN. After 11 days of the submission nothing has happened. The helpdesk refuses to give a clear answer and keeps me on hold for hours. The Vodafone gallery at CD Barfiwala Road, Andheri west says "system is not updated, call up the helpline! " So I am going in circles.

I have contacted TRAI to inform how these two operators are thwarting the MNP system. If there are others with similar complaints please mail me so that we can collectively do something.
