I WAS CHARGED 30 RUPEES PER SMS WHEN I WAS IN INTERNATIONAL ROAMING BETWEEN THE DATE OF 15TH DEC TILL 10TH JAN .

ALTHOUGH ALL SMS WAS IN ITS LIMITS OF 160 CHARACTERS.

I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED LOOP AND EMAILED THEM BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

THE ACTUAL SMS CHARGES IS 15 RUPEES PER SMS IN INTERNATIONAL ROAMING.

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9870190710.

I HAD SEND ABOUT 15 SMS IN THAT PERIOD.

and now the customer care is not replying to this cause and complaint they say they will give me a call in 2days but they dont and when i call back angain they say there is no complaint logged.

neither is the gallary taking my complaint.

they them self its of no use .so now where should i go
