CANT CONNECT AND MENTALLY HARASSMENT BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVEY CUSTOMER

Dear Sir

Subject: Complaint against Loop Mobile

I am regular prepaid user of BPL Mobile now Loop mobile, from last 4 yrs i am using this, from last three week i am facing problem, i am trying to call my home town BSNL land line number 07112-222972, But it is not getting connecting always same message Please check the number, when i am call same number from other mobile service provider, it is easily get connected in a single shot.

When i raise the complaint, the customer care executive, they just talking nonsense, they even not giving complaint, just few minutes before (09-May, 4:50PM), i called 198 and i asked complaint number, then that girl didn't gave me complaint number and she just closed the phone,

These service provider and customer care executive just give me mentally harassment and because of connectivity to my home town BSNL landline number, i waste my money and time, who will be the responsible. I want justice and take suitable action on these customer care executive.

Please give justice on this.
