Nusance SMS and their fradulant activity

Dear Sir,

I have not started any services on internet for song downloding. I have made complain on 06.12.2010 and Loop mobile representetive told me that this service will get deactivated within 4 hrs, but it has not and unneccesarily Rs 5/-is getting diducted from balnce since 15th of nov. When a service starts at one click why it is not getting discontinued in one click and with service they never say that it will cost rs 5/- per day? and why they send such stupid SMS on my phone.

Why inocent person be sufferer?
