Hello, I am customer of LOOP Mobile named Suryakant Bhimaji Lasurve (9821136898). I need to complain about my loss of balance without using the service. Actually on 12th of december i recieved some service message from LOOP mobile to which i responded by using exit button. But somehow or other i lost my prepaid balance worth rupees 50 which is lack of customer care on side of loop mobile.so being a geniune customer of yours i wish that you pay heed to this and act uponit as quick as possible to solve out the complaint complaint knowing the position of your customer.your faithfully,
