Improper deduction of charges and activation of any packs at their own will

They have been activating various packs from last 2 weeks without my knowledge. When contacted to customer care they either give incomplete imformation or ask to visit their website. I am a prepaid user and this is 3rd time in this month they have deducted Rs.20 for services unexplained. I dont even know if there is any scheme of Rs.20 then how can i activate it. There is definitely fault from their side which they dont accept on customer care (call Center) and i feel it is useless to argue with them because they dont give refund of charges once deducted enen though unethically. I wonder how a common man can fight such malpractices done by the service provider.
