NOT PROVIDING NOC FOR MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY

Hi,

This is Suryakant Maruti Surve, LOOP MOBILE customer, having mobile no - 9870450574, which I want to convert to Vodafone Services under Mobile Numer Portability (MNP). There is a procedure where a NOC needs to be obtained from existing service providers for Outstanding Bill payment, etc.

I have applied for NOC 3 times by following the process of MNP by sending the SMS to required no. I have made the payment of my Bills (have copy of payment with date and amount of payment). But, still LOOP mobile is rejecting to provide NOC by providing following reasons.

1st Time - Non-payment of Bills.

2nd Time - Contractual Obligation Violation

3rd Time - Contractual Obligation Violation

I have followed up with the Customer Relationship Manager, who just promises to clear the MNP process, but in vain. Here, we can see LOOP mobile is giving unncessary hassles to me in getting MNP services. Please guide me for further steps.
