Activating unwanted service/PORT OUT

Why Loop is automatic activate VAS on my SIM.Yesterday when I topup my sim with Rs.100/-, my sim card got avtivated with WAP 89 pack. Whereas I have already sent them sms of deactivating same pack on 26th April. While speaking to LOOP CC I was told that I have not send any sms. And same service is not supported on my iPhone also so there is no point of activating such a service. There is no sense of doing such a activation on sim without customer interest. Since I have applied for PORT OUT I have been facing so many issues with LOOP.

Next dat my balance git deducted by Rs.89/-

And when I have requested for PORT OUT, they are not relasing my number. Everytime when I am calling LOOP CC I get different answer.
