Illegal problem created by telecom service provider Loop mobile for rejecting the Mobile Number Portability request

MNP Request porting code # LM318136

I have submitted a MNP (port out) request from loop mobile (Mumbai) to Vodafone (Mumbai) but the same has been rejected twice by Loop mobile, so many subscriber like me are listed on the net and having no clue where and how to solve such issue.

Kindly note that the two requests have been rejected on account of subsisting contractual obligations. However as per the loop mobile helpline and Loop Gallery located at Fort, Mumbai there are no pending contractual obligations on this mobile number. I have made sure that I do not have any free or paid service falls under contractual obligations along with excess payment as credit in to my account.

The relationship manager Ms. Megha (09870900101) (Mumbai) has not been of any significant help and passes the blame of rejection to higher authority which she could explain which higher authority has right to reject and could not provide the guide line set by Loop mobile by saying that “MNP guide line set by Loop mobile” is classified information and she not allowed to disclose the same to any subscriber.

Request you to kindly register a complaint against loop mobile and take necessary action to resolve this issue.

The services of loop mobile are no longer satisfactory and hence this request has been raised to the consumer forum.
