Loop Mobile
Refusal for Number POrtability

I had requested for Number Portability for My Loop Mobile number 98210 46242 under LM 338197 and earlier under LM 297871.

Earlier my request was twice rejected on ground of "Contractual Obligations" without specifying the same.

Upon compaint to nodal officer I got reply from Mobile Assist Executive that my request to port out is approved was asked to resubmit papers thru selected Mobile Servise Provider.

I diid the same thru Vodafone. But so far it is not done. I have Rs 2000 deposit with Loop Mobile.

I think TRAI should help the Customers Like me to enjoy my right to choose Mobile Service Provider.

I am a senior citizen and I am put to lot of haressment and inconvinience.
