Wrong Balance deduction on STD Calls

Iam a customer with loop mobile my mobile no. is 9664342739. I am facing a trouble by getting wrong Charges on STD calls i had lodged many complaints but had not got any Resolution and refunds on the matter and Still iam getting charged wrong charges.

I having 10 ka gang plan in which i should be charged Re.1/Min STD, to get lesser call rate i Made a recharge of Rs.17 on 4 June by which all my STD calls Should be 50paise/min however I made an STD call on 6th June to Mobile No. 0933181558 and had a coversation for 5min and was charged Rs. 5 where as should be charged Rs. 2.50 for 5 min i made a complaint imidiately but got no refunds and the yesterday on the 1July i again made a STD call to no. 09572027565 where i was again charged Rs. 5 for 5min which is again Wrong

I again called Up customer care and Spoke to Senior Supervisor Mr. Abhishek Patil this man is a cheat he told me sir this matter is taken down as a complaint and told me that i will sms the complaint no. but he never did that and just arranged a call back SR 0107148904 of which i was not informed and then in 30min i called customer care back and then spoke to Mr. Ramakant Yadav who is a Representative and he Filled a complaint and the no. is DOC 0107150443 but i hav still not got any refunds from LOOP MOBILE.

Hence i decided to Lodge a Complaint in Consumer court so that this matter is Taken care of.
