Wrong Information by Call Centre

I wanted to change my plan from 50p per minute to 1p per second. For that i called up the call centre, and the information provided to me was that on Recharge of Rs.36, i will get Rs.26 for Talk time and 1p per second plan will get activated for lifetime. I re confirmed the information today and then i recharged it with 36.

After the recharge, I got a balance of Rs.26, but the plan remained the same. i again called up the call centre and asked them about the recharge, they said it will take time and wait for an hour and then use it.

when I called after 6 hours, still my plan was the earlier one. This time when i called them back, they said that the Rs.36 recharge is for new customers and not for existing Customers.

Kindly help in what is to be done.
