Non reversal of recharge

On 26/7 an amount of Rs.120/- has only been deducted from my saving bank account No 5965800019 of Deutsche Bank for recharge of my prepaid connection 8082429611 but no amount has been credited to the said connection of loop mobile. Have made several complaints however no action has been taken till date. Complaint no. DOC-C-010935347.

Please look into the matter and help resolve the same.
