Hello my name is Adrian Gabriel, I have been over charged by the Loop mobile service provider and I have been chasing them for the last 2 months. They are not giveing me a resolution. It is with regards to the Internet charges, they say that I have used 2000 Rs internet for both the months of August and September. It is a joke. They dont 3G network, imagine what they would have charged me. Finally Preeti the nodal officer was going to call me on 15th October. But has not reverted. I called Anil from Mahim gallery. He said I will call but did not call up. I m really fed up, its my hard earned money. Please help
