Unwanted charges

Hello loop mobile (sumit badlaney sir), its not a day to complaint its diwali but cant afford to pay approx 1100/- rs which i hav never used, i think its a mistake while generating bill, and i m compalining to consumer forum as i called up 198 aND 800 SEVERAL TIMES BUT CALL SAYS THANK U FOR CALLING LOOP MOBILE GOOD BYE, so before my due date that is 7th nov kindly waive off amount charged in my bill... regards hitesh bhanushali. my cell no 9821834661.

no response to my complaint will further move to consumer court...
