Re - charge of Rs 1947 not activated

My loop mobile no is 9821069735I had made a recharge of Rs 1947 in loop mobile scheme on 18th December. This recharge did not get activated at all.

I spoke to customer care Ashwini Barse - Pune customer care of loop mobile on 13/1 but they are not giving any response only excuses and then they disconnect the conversation. Please look into it.
