Incoming of unwanted call even after DND service

My Name is Vivek Mane vide mobile number 9870944760

I have started my Do Not Distub service 7 months back.

But still I am receiving Loop Mobile's unwanted call for taking there caller tunes from last 4 months.

Daily loop mobile disturbs me at early morning by giving the unwanted call at 8.00 am to 9.00am from various numbers like 09870904191, 8082493453 etc.

Kindly help me to stop the calls.
