Deduction of balance without intimation

I am loop prepaid user from last two years. and i have noticed that from last one month every night my balance deducted approx 2.00-2.50 rs. and from last 2 days its deducted 4.50-4.75 rs.

and for the same i have called many times at mobile assists but every time i got the same reply i.e. server down. and they refuse to regd my complain for the same.

and when i asked about to transfer call to senior or demanding for the nodal officer email address, the directly disconnect my call every time.
