Network or instrument problem

When someone call me network is automatically cut off & after few second the dial tone is coming & sometimes i can't ables to hear voice of the other parties even if front parties is able to hear my voice vice versa when i call some one the same problem is repeated. my lots of calls has been wasted.i have made complains of my tata landline phone no=65291075 four times but problem has not been solved yet.pls do needful.
