Educing balance

Sir,

i had a sim of smart{reliance} in that the balance is reducing day by day without any service activated. If i recharge my sim by rs.50 the whole balance is lost in 1day.

today only i had gone to customer care of mandsaur but they told there is no service activated then i told i am losing my balance day by day then they told to come tomorrow.from there only today i recharge my no. with rs.50 & till now my rs10 had been reduced autometically.

i request you to take necessary actions & return my balance & inform me about action.
