Telephone shifting to another place

Hello Sir,

This complaint is regarding my MTNL telephone # 29946408 shifting request, I submited a application form at the nearest Sanchar hat (Sarita Vihar) on 4th of August and my application number was 6029-6030.This has been more than a month now and my telephone hasn't been shifted to my new residence address, I have complained many times to the MTNL department and they keep giving me Area Managers numbers and I complained them numerous but still there has been no response yet and my telephone is not shifted yet. It has been more than a month now and no I have left a hope that they will shift my connection.

I have been charged for the August 10 bill charges, the area manager whoom I contacted were my Ateeq, BS Roy and many more.

Therefore I would request you to please look into this issue and do justice to my case.
