Deficiancy in service as well replacing parts under warranty

Dear Sir,
Sub:
1. No range in inside of Building flats
2. Though for life time warranty, company replaces useless battery (showing full charged & but it completely evaporate within 2-3 minutes of use.
MY COMPLAIN IS THAT
After I had started residing at above place from April 1st week, to my surprise, inside the flat, there is no connectivity on above connection. In spite of not less than 20 complaints to all following:

For second problem also I had complaint since more than 1 year, but always staff at counter replaces useless battery. THIS IS VERY REDUCULUS HOW THE COMPANY IS TREATING CUSTOMERS.
I am sure MTN Ltd is very big co. of India so When all big companies give just new piece or new scheme to consumer, why MTN Ltd can’t do where as all these will cost them peanuts. (E.g. Toyota & Honda calling back there costly vehicles.)
Kindly let me know how to get it rectified. I will be very much thankful to you if you please look into the matter & get rectify the problem.
