Unnecessary activation of service and balance deduction

My Name is Ashish, mobile number -9503819883. Pune. I have

been using Airtel service for the last few year, recently i am facing

several problems, those being unnecessary promotional calls and

messages. Yesterday i received a message for airtel that 30 Rs as been

deducted form my account for some Cricket fever service and the Fever

Id number is 16122. Well i have never asked for this service and i

dont find any reason why this service has been forcefully subscribed

to my number. I have tried in vain to talk to a customer care exec,

via the numbers 121, 198, but i never get through to a person.

The following mail was sent to Nodal officer and i was told by an

SMS that the matter would be investigated within 24hrs but as expected

out of airtel nothing has yet materialized. Yesterday i read in the

newspaper that airtel has the highest number of complaints regarding

this kind of forced service deduction registered with TRAI. I would

even doubt if this message would ever be read by the airtel official,

who are good for nothing unprofessional personals
