BLOCKED OF OUR SIM WITHOUT INTIMATION

I purchased a BSNL Sim card NO 8991759126231790357 (M/No 8987039504) from local market Bihta, Patna (Bihar) in the slef Name (Arvind Kumar Dubey) and submitted all document on due time. As per our intimation given by BSNL Custumber care on 15.5.11 your validte period is expire on same date andyour out going call is deactivated but incoming call is activated . there after I recharged with Rd 50/- Rupes thant 110 rupess but out validity period not exced . and allso try to rechared with validity vourcher on 20/5 but not rechared.

I approching on 21/5 with the cusmomber care regarding non recharging of mobile but custmber care intimated that your mobile sim is blocked due to on rechared . but i also intimate i already rechared the mobile no but no any relpy given

It is requested that if our mobile no not active than our secuity depoit and remaining balance amount Rs 159 may be returned to our sbi account No 11240023931.
