Fake charges collected

Dear Airtel,

My Tel no : 0824-4252359

I have a land line connection (DSL) with you since from five years.

And also I have taken the facility of parallel ringing., months back I have deactivated the same and I used to get the rent in the bills after deactivation. I have requested with 121 and other airtel customer care centers and they were not bother to deduct that excess amount.

The total excess amount reflecting in your bill is Rs 462/- which I am not going to pay.

Till today the person who comes to collect the bill is not turned at all.

I hope that in next bill will be in correct figures.
