Not stopping subscription to cricket service

Ignorant of the dirty service rendered by BSNL Mobile Service I

subscribed for cricket sservice on 28-3-11. For that they deducted

Rs20/-. But I never got any information regarding cricket score and so

I sent a message to stop the service. For the four messages I sent I

was charged. They deducted Rs20/- on 28-4-11and again on 29-5-11. I

talked to the customer care of BSNL on 4-5-11. I received complaint

registration No. AP0405117024 from 53333 and docket No. E04AP66968 FROM

52765F BSNL support. They are not stopping the cricket service and

every month they are deducting the amont. I request to please help me

in this matter. My BSNL mobile no. is 8985763124. May I hope that the

erroneous deductions will be recredited to my balance and the cricket

service will be stopped! There is no action even from the CUSTOMERCARE (cell no.1503).
