Subject: Complaint regarding land-line phone number 2556421.

Sir,

In continuation to my earlier application/ complaint sent through e-mail dated 21/6, it is to intimate that my land-line Phone No. 2556421 is still not functioning despite making several complaints and personal visit to the O/o Mr. Jain, Asstt. Engineer (Telephone), BSNL office Sector-19, NOIDA on 22/6 nor any line-men or employee has visited to remove the fault despite giving an assurance by Mr. Jain. AE (Tel.).

It is, therefore, requested that either the said phone-line may kindly be got repaired or it may be disconnected after 25/6 as since last 2 months the phone is not functioning and there is no use to retained the same. Also a final-bill may also be sent to my above said residence. An early response is expected.
