Shopkepper behavior towards the customer is very bad.

He talks in a very rude manner.

Case 1: If we ask for recharge of Rs.23 then he will ask for Rs.25 otherwise he will not recharge the mobile.

Case 2: If we ask for any product/service he ask for money first in a very rude manner always and with every

customer.
