Delay in new connection

Dear Concern Person,

I would like to inform you that i apply for a land line connection in BSNL office DLF Ind. Area on dated 03-11 but yet dated 12-11 not fix the land line on my home.

Today I complain to SDO also he doesn't give the any answer on this.

Please confirm who will responsible for late.
