Landline repair not done even after one week

My no. (4344) 260378 is not working for over one week. I registered the complaint with BSNL and informed local office. But still not rectified. This problem happens every month and they usually rectify within two days. But I am unable to understand why the problem persists every month and this time they have taken more than a week.
