20 percent discount scheme

Sir,

This is in regard to BSNL scheme for govt employees/retired govt employees for giving 20 percent discount in broadband connection. I opted for this scheme on nov but till date i got no discount in my bill.

I gave application on nov with all documents attached. I went personally to BSNL office sec 17 and sec 34, Chandigarh thrice but i didn't get any response. No one could justify this negligence and told that the procedure is in progress. I filed an application in RTI to CPIO BSNL sec 34 Chandigarh in jun for the same and got the answer that they verified the application. Due to BSNL new portal system, this inconvenience took place and this issue has been redirected to the concerned authority. But no action till date had been taken on this issue. It had been a year almost with no action. I am BSNL customer for 15 years and this issue is a big concern for me now. My land line no is 0172 2711063 . Pl. give me commutative discount from the date i opted for the scheme.

With due respect, i am writing this letter to you as no one had taken any action for this issue till date which is just consumer harassment. Kindly take necessary action for the same else i got no option but to knock the doors of consumer court afterwards.
