Wrong billed amount

Hi,

We have taken a International matrix sim in OCt last year for 5 days. 6444 was paid to the agent sent my the matrix team after a couple of mail exchanges. once the payment was done, i received a SMS saying 901 rs is pending, The customer support said that would be adjusted with the security (2500) which is already paid. Now after 8 month (june) i being harassed and all my friends and relative have been called to say that the amount due is 18000 and the payment is not done.

Have the all the SMS which quote 901 pending amount. Have the mail conversation with the matrix executive.

Please advise how can i complain this to the senior management of matrix for defaming us and mishandling their accounts.
