SIM Services Stopped

Hello,

From Matrix Cellular, Mr. Sagar – 9909004799 came se selling SIM card as my in-laws were travelling to US.

The card was handed over to some were around 26th /27th Apr and started working from 11th May.

On 29th May (India) I got a call from some of the executive, that the one month period is completed, and SIM will be deactivated, I said I need to speak to someone about the deal closure, the executive said will call back in 30 mins. I was keep waiting for the call and finally I called up for conformation @ call center (from the same number I received a call 915322233222) and happen to talk to someone named Aisha. She took all the information and understood the concern, and given the reference number as SU120529775, and given the confirmation that she will ensure that services does not get barred…

Since morning, neither incoming nor outgoing is happening from the number allocated and following up since morning with Sagar. Post so many follow-up he connected me via con-call to someone named Rupali and she committed @ 11:25 A.M. that in next 30 mins. the services will be restored, and got also…

But frontline of any company should be sensitize about commitments and need to understand the words of commitment.

Really frustrating situation.
