Wrong charges deduction

This is most pathetic and company and started just to rob money from the users. they have setup systems like that. I had taken a card for USA and they swiped my credit card saying as the security of the sim card. then they charged double the amount on my card and when i called they said one more bill is awaited.

The agony doesn't end here. i raised the complaint and the call center gave me the complaint number (SU11060193) with assurance of a call back.

best part comes here when i call them on call center and dial 3 for billing department the person there says we are not in billing and will arrange for call back. for last three days i am trying but no call back. what the @#$% is the call center for. just for selling product and be-fooling some more janta.
