Repeat charging of Same Bill

I took an sim card (0665974226) from Matrix Cellular for my 3 days trip to Paris (07.06.09.06.2011). After coming back I returned the sim card within 6-8 days. I received a bill of Rs 1010/- on 18.06.2011 which I paid through my icici bank credit card on 21.06.2011. However on 30.07.2011 I again received a bill from Matrix Cellular claiming of Rs. 781.04 for same 07.06.09.06.2011 period. This amount (Rs 781.04) got deducted from my credit card automatically on 01.08.2011. It is not clear what are these charges for, since I have already paid all charges in month of Jun'11. Pls look into the matter.
