Overcharging / Rip Off

I am an employee of an IT firm in Mumbai. Recently for a trip to the US i took a Matrix Cellular SIM card. The marketing person promised a corporate plan.

To my horror i ended up receiving a bill of Rs 7000. There were some charges like data usage for which i had not subscibed or utlilized. Repeated complaints to the billing department did not yield any results.

The most crooked part of this deal is they take your credit card information and charge it numerous time. I even got a follow on bill of Rs 300.
