Fraud in billing

I took three sim cards from Matrix of UAE in Jan. The plan i chose had CUG which means the calls between the three numbers will not be charged. But shockingly, when I got the bills, they charged my CUG calls also. I called the executives loads of time and I even filed the complaint to their support team but they didn't give me any response. As they had my credit card copy, they charged those bills automatically and now nobody is helping. Its not about the money but the fraud.

I have all the proofs with the copies of bills and the plan offered to me.
