Inactivation of No.0013025627720

I have subscribed for an Intnl. Roaming Card with the above number for my daughter, Ms. Valluru Sailaja a couple of days ago. As soon as she left for US, the card became inactive with the problem still persisting. I request for an immediate solution of the problem.
