Irresponsible in dealing with costumers

I purchased a matrix international sim and my matrix number is 07951264278 and I am Ms. Bindupriya Neeluru, in september before leaving to UK and informed to the representative to terminate my connection exactly after 30 days i.e. in October and as per it I have taken the sim. Though I made a complete payment for that 30 days I am getting the bill till this month including late charges. How ridiculous these people...? I request you to take an action.
