I purchased new handset of Max Mobile vide Model No. GC1000 dtd.10.07. IMEI No.35872020141244, Status: Under Warranty which was faulty piece. Kindly note that warranty period is 12 months and I given mobile for repair to service centre at Borivali (West), Mumbai on 18.08.2010 and received on 26.08.2010 which was not rectified problem.

Then I again send this same cell for repair at Maxx Digital Care Pvt. Ltd., 19 Manish Market, 1st Floor, Palton Road, Mumbai 400 001 on 29.09.2010. They gave me rough receipt and follow up this matter continually. Then they inform me we can't repair this cell due to touch pad board to be change from company, they will put up this matter with company, they will provide us such type of board, it will take more time etc. They delivered me Job Sheet No. RO/A05/1011/0000225 DTD.13.10.2010 @ 13.24 P.M.

Again I continually follow up my mobile status and I observe that my warranty period un-necessary waste for three months. It means I used faulty piece only two months under pressure. Finally they are ready to return my mobile with repaired on 06.01.2011 without date of delivery. I again insist to them pls put up date of delivery and respective stamp for appeal with holding company for proof of evidence that I consume four months for repairing & warranty period in 12 months.

Dear Sir, Just I want justice from company How will my increase my warranty period for further four months and what is guarantee this cell will be continually working good condition or my entire satisfaction because right now I can't believe this cell which was this faulty piece from date of purchase/company.

Pls adive me how will, how will justice me?
