Hi,

I have purchased the MBlaze (9136965474). and due to some personal reason i have not recharged it for continue 3 months. now when i contacted to customer care then he said that your device is disconnected and you have to purchase the New device. Can any one explain me on this matter and where it is written in T&C that if you will not continue then your device will can not be used further. how can you cheat the customers and what about the Amount I paid for the device.
