Airtel Network problem complaint

I am facing a problem with Airtel Network in my office situated at Kurla LBS marg, there is no network signal (not even a single line) appearing in office.

Despite giving a written complaint (on 26th march) & several Phone calls (before 26th march) to Customer Care nos. before that, no action taken as on today.

Even today I have sent them REMINDER - 1.

Absolute worst service... Airtel
