Vodafone Very worst service

Hello,

i have never seen such type of worst service provided by vodafone,

i called customer care for more more than 10 times, but they just take request, but it doesn't process.

they automatically set caller tune for free, but i dont need that one

i request to deactivate my callertune, its a very basic thing all r know, but they dont response

i dont know wats the problem with this one...

i have very bad experience with customer care

its not vodafone its "Worstfone"

i request to take some steps against such type of silly things.
