Micromax X500 in warranty & did not solve the problem

Dear Sir,

I have purchase my micromax phone from Bhagwati telecom (30-06) (In gurgaon sector 22 market).after 15 days my phone stop working I went to the Authorised service centre of micromax (Sahil associates in kapasehra border) he gave me the DOA certificate (the certificate for phone replacement on 16-07. I submit all the items to the dealer for mobile replacement. He told me that you will get your new handset on Monday or tuesday (19-07). Till now they have not give me the handset. I have call to their head office also but they didnt solve the problem just wasting my time. Sir, I am facing too much difficulty please help me out as soon as possible.
