Micromax mobile servicing is poo

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought a Micromax Q55 model on last July 07 and within a month automatically went to DEAD.I submitted my mobile to service centre on 07/08 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get it repaired soon as it was in warranty. I Called them up several times, even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but could not get repaired till date. It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

After facing lots of problem, i was forced to complain in cosumer forum against micromax services.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
