3 months have passed, My mobile had not returned to me from the service center of Micromax

Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Micromax X226 mobile [ s./no. X226B0 ] and it became dead after 2 months. So it was given to authorized service center SHIVAM TELECOM at 231/A, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata- 700006, Near Girish Park Metro stn. Mobile no. 9088022790 on 24.12.2010 to repair. More than 3 months over and they did not refund me the set. They are giving dates after dates saying that it had sent to the head office. So please look after the matter so that I can get return my handset
